But fate hasn't been kind to him, as he was born without a Quirk in a current world with people gifted with quirks. Abused by his classmate along with his main tormentor, Katsuki Bakugou, Izuku felt in despair after watching his mother get killed by a villain and after being pushed by society and receiving a rejection letter from UA. Now, to take his revenge against those who pushed him, Izuku adopted a new persona as a Serial Killer and was ready to pay his tormentor back. Nezu is bored. Nothing has happened for far too long for the chimeras' liking. So after trying time and time again to get some drama from the students they realize that nothing is going to happen unless they do something themselves. And that's how they got the great idea to make a new and improved U.A. Civil War. What Nezu doesn't plan is for his Villain leader to turn out to be extremely smart and malicious. Who knew that the boy that was deemed the happiest kid in U.A would turn out to be such a good villain. People would cast him a glance and move right past him. That was the day tomura got lectured by Kurogiri for spilling milk all over the counter because of a fight between him and Dabi. Tomura was walking down the street to go buy cleaning supplies when he came across Izuku. He took him to the bar and from that day on Izuku Shigaraki finally had a family that cares for him like if he was an actual person and not just a doll. Or Izuku gets raised by villains and becomes a phsychotic and sarcastic, not to mention babe attracting piece of shit. Most people assumed the worst, and they weren't entirely wrong. Now he's working as the League strategist - observing heroes, predicting possibilities, and choosing his moves carefully (most of the time). He still takes notes, he still watches them, he still wants to understand... but understanding doesn't mean he believes. And when Pro Hero Dynamite crosses his path - everything starts to fall apart.
