He was raised by Kyro Tamgoshi and grew up a villain. He knew the truth about heroes by the time he was ten and had his first kill by 13. His sister Hope, was killed when he was 14 by a hero. When he was assigned his task, he hated it. But he did it for revenge. He did it for his Mom, Kyro. I hope to eventually add the three hundred part of it to the rule as well, but I have to get better at writing for that.
