Of fathers who never sat on thrones. Of men holding the wrong flowers on blind dates. Of a lab explosion and a Marble Queen shaking her head. I finally made the poster for it after like episode 3 but I didn't get any free time to write until recently. However the one rule is...they do not actually fall for one another. This story is set between avengers assemble and catws. All characters owned by Disney and marvel except for Sloane who's fc is Jodie comer 🩷

This is a villanelle poem I had to write for my poetry class this past semester. A villanelle has the rhyme scheme ABA all the way until the end where it finishes ABAA. The first and third line of the first tercet (grouping of three lines) in the poem repeat at set intervals, but unfortunately I can't convey how to do so in text alone. It was a challenge to write. Enjoy!
