Marguerite is a French princess at Château de Vincennes. She's rather content with her life; sewing, reading, eating endless sweets and watching the garden from below her tower. But after an odd betrothal and the loss of her freedoms, Marguerite decides she'll accept her fate and revisit her idea of running away in 10 years time. But when Marguerite meets the mischievous and handsome new gardener, she begins to question what it truly means to be a leader and what it means to take control of her life. Romance- no smut.
