"In a world that demands order, she was a beautiful, chaotic poem." Valerie is the girl the sun follows. With a crown of wild, light-brown curls that glow like gold under the afternoon light and eyes the color of a clear summer sky, she looks like a dream. But behind the kind smiles and the flowy, hippie skirts lies the "black sheep" of a family that never quite knew what to do with her. While her older sister lived under the spotlight of perfection, Valerie retreated into the shadows of clove cigarettes and handwritten sonnets. She's a girl born in 2005 with the spirit of 1969, navigating a college campus that feels too small for her thoughts. Professor Jeon is a man of logic and discipline. He's seen a thousand students, but none quite like the girl in the back row who smells of smoke and writes like she's lived a hundred lives. He's drawn to her light, unaware of the tangled family web she's trying to escape, or the secrets that connect them outside the classroom. As the air between them grows heavy with unspoken words and the scent of old paper, Jungkook finds himself mesmerized by the girl who refuses to fit the mold. "You're just full of surprises, aren't you, Valerie?"

Back in 2010, before life got complicated and everyone pretended they had a plan, there was this phase where you spent more time with your friends than your family. Not because you loved them more. But because they were closer. And always available. This is Jessica. She keeps things together. Mostly by not talking about what's falling apart. That's Bella. She feels everything. Loudly. Especially when no one asked. Noah believes confidence solves most problems. And when it doesn't, he flirts until it does. Matthew is the kind of guy who listens. Sometimes too much. Sometimes that's exactly what you need. Sebastian says he doesn't care about people. He just keeps showing up for them. They meet at the same cafΓ©. Sit at the same table. Order the same drinks. Not because it's exciting. Because it's familiar. They are not famous. They are not rich. They are not sure what they're doing. They are just regulars. And then one day, someone new knocks on the door. Riley just moved to the city. New job. New fears. New life. She doesn't know it yet, but she's about to find the one thing everyone is really looking for. A place where you don't have to explain yourself. This is how it starts....

The head maid said walking outside, peering down at Me as I squat with a shovel laying near a hole I dug. not responding, I grab my knife and cut off a piece of my flesh and skin, the head maid able to see only my back. I bite my lip, holding back a scream.the head maid moves to see what I'm doing. I quickly grab the flesh I cut off, and reach to put it in the hole, before the head maid sees. Too late... "M'lord?, M'LORD!!!" the head maid says shocked as she looks as my arm and the piece of flesh I'm holding, and immediately screams. "M'lord, what are you doing!!??" The head maid asks, to which I respond with. "Gardening." In my normal monotonous voice.

I found him in a sketchbook I didn't draw. In a dusty thrift shop on a rainy evening, I stumble across an old leather sketchbook-blank pages, fading edges... and a single unfinished portrait that looks exactly like Jeon Jungkook. The weird part? I didn't draw it. The stranger part? Every time I add to the sketch, he feels more real. Now, strange things are happening-dreams that blur into daylight, drawings that change when I'm not looking, and a boy who shouldn't exist but somehow does. He says I brought him to life. But the more I draw, the less I recognize myself in the mirror. And I can't shake the feeling that once I finish the final page, I'll lose him forever... or lose myself.
