Prince Roman of the Ironfelt Kingdom is well known for being a heroic, flirtatious man. Everyone respects him, and sees him as a mighty hero, however as much of a hero he is, he's lonely. His only real friend is his Royal Assistant Logan Crofters. Lord Virgil Anxiety of the Dark Forest is the ruler and protector of the dark forest. He's known more as a legend/myth to everyone outside the dark forest, or as a evil, vious ruler. But to the creatures in the forest, he's a kind, lonely protector that just needs a little love. His only friend is a village boy that visits him named Patton Morre. Two completely different lives, but maybe, just maybe one completly similar love. #1 in Prince Roman and Winged Virgil(July 16, 2019) (I do not own Roman, Virgil, Logan, Patton or Deceit. Read the tags before you dive in. This is a series of Virgil centric one-shots based around the unexpected ways spanking helps Anxiety. Virgil struggles with anxious thoughts and crippling self-doubt that sometimes leads him down an unhealthy rabbit hole of less than stellar coping habits. Each side- them being Patton, Logan and Roman- are there to give their youngest an emotional outlet through a rather personal, but effective punishment, while also giving him a reason to treat himself better and behave. The first chapter centers around how they came to be Virgil's disciplinarian and the inner workings of their relationship. This is my first fanfiction for Sander sides. I'm open to requests or suggestions, and highly encourage them.

Though he was kind and beloved by all his subjects, he grew sad and fearful, for he was growing old and still had no heir to the throne. Like a miracle, the queen was with child, and the next nine months seemed to pass in an instant. Their child was born, a prince, and he was given the name Virgil. At Virgil's christening was the widowed queen Uberta of the neighboring kingdom, accompanied by her two sons; twin brothers named Roman and Remus. It just so happened that William and Uberta happened on the same idea; Roman and Virgil would be brought together each summer in hopes they would fall in love and unite their kingdoms forever. Unknown to all, deep in the forest lived Rothbart, an evil Warlock who planned to invade William's kingdom. William was informed of this plan by Rothbart's brother, Patton, who was a powerful Sorcerer. On the eve of Rothbart's invasion, William had his army attack, catching Rothbart by surprise and leaving him defeated and powerless. Against popular opinion, William let Rothbart live, only banishing him from the kingdom forever. Over time, the panic and fear passed, and everyone's minds awaited that fateful summer when Roman and Virgil would finally meet.
