Elaina Angelina Fitzgerald arrives on the Tracy Island after her cruise ship is sunk during a hurricane. Learning that she can cook, the guys beg her to stay only to get scolded by Grandma Tracy. Elaina creates a compromise that she'll only stay if she can learn how International Rescue works on a personal level. They agree and she begins going on adventures with the Tracy boys all while gaining the affections of Scott, Virgil, Alan and Gordon. With every day a new adventure, like the Tracy boys always say: THUNDERBIRDS ARE GO!

"But I liked who I was here," she murmured, almost to herself. Kayo Kyrano had lived her life normally in her hometown. Normally, that is, until her parents dropped the unfortunate news that they would be moving away. To her surprise, however, a message from an old friend said something along the lines of "rebuilding the team" and "crashing into the moon". Kayo has great potential.
