Momiji, a girl who is of Spanish and English descent is the daughter of a wealthy Duke who also has Japanese relatives. On one fateful day when Momiji and her family were traveling to Japan their carriage was attacked. Momiji was on the verge of death when a black hole appeared and swallowed her up. It spat her back out into the soul society where she would meet the one whom it wished for her to save, Aizen Sousuke. She was returned to her world and lived the rest of her life thinking it was all a dream. She was later killed in her teen years by a quincy, but instead of going to the Western Soul Society she was transported to the Eastern Soul Society by the mysterious black hole. This is where her journey begins.

We all know how Ichigo lost his mother Masaki, who was a quincy, when he was very young. But what if he actually gets depression because of it? If his father started to neglect Ichigo thinking it's his fault and now only concerns himself with Yuzu and Karin? What if, during his fight against Aizen, Hollow and Shinigami/Vizards weren't the only ones there? When, still in Karakura Town, the Hogyoku that Aizen uses to become stronger reacts to the one with the strongest emotions. Wanting to fulfill wishes and helping him, it flies to Ichigo and brings EVERYONE into a certain, messy mindscape. Who and what will they find? Will they ever get out again? How will they react to the truth?... What happened with their war? Their plans? Slight Isshin!Bashing, sad!Ichigo, depressed!Ichigo, neutral!Quincy's, not_insane!Ywach, maybe OOC'ness.
