Yusuf was a young boy who was sold into slavery by his jealous brothers. He was taken to Egypt, where he was imprisoned for refusing the advances of Potiphar's wife. While in prison, Yusuf interpreted the dreams of two of the prison guards, which led to his release and appointment as vizier. When a famine struck Egypt, Yusuf's brothers came to buy grain, and he was able to reunite with them and forgive them for what they had done.
