The order saves Harry before the death eaters took him to make him a trophy for Voldemort. This Paralyses can only be cured by a very specific and complex ritual in a parchment which is half burned it also includes some potion which no one knows how to make. Until Hermione finally finds out from Nicholas Flamel where she would find not only the recipe for the Potion but also the half burned ritual. Draco Malfoy loses every hope he had when he sees the Dark Lord curse Harry and knows that this war that makes him do things that he never wished for. The Dark Lord has agreed on request of Narcissa, Lucius and Bellatrix to let Draco prove himself one another time and ordered him to see where Hermione Granger is going to find cure for Potter's curse. So he sets on the course to follow her with his friends Theodore Nott and Blaise Zabini.
