Edward leaves Bella she finds out she is pregnant with two of edwards children. She goes to the vultori because she knows she will die giving birth. Bella turns into a vampire with her hybrid children. and they are all in the gaurd. Edward comes to voltora because they held a party for bellas children.

Based after Eclipse :) Imagine what the story of Twilight would be, if Bella and Edwards romance was not eternal? Which Cullen is Bella actually meant to end up with. Could it actually be that Edward is cheating on Bella with her best friend Alice? What will Bella and Jasper do? Turn to the Volturi of course. Maybe this story isn't so perfect after all...
