In a world, a long, long time ago, lived a crystal. The lands flourished and bloomed until the crystal cracked, the shard lost to time. There came two races with the crystal cracked, the Skeksis and the Mystics. With both races dying, only one could save them. His name was Keith, the last known living Gelfling. He was the chosen one. And he has no clue. NOTE: This takes place in the Dark Crystal universe but still has my own twists to it. I'm basing this story solely off the movie and my own imagination. A few tidbits of knowledge that would make this story make a lil more since are: -This one-shot is only based off the movie, not the comics nor the upcoming (as of 2019) show. -All of the species named here (Gelfling, Skeksis, Mystics, Podlings) are all more humanoid than what is canon in the Dark Crystal movie but you can still image them as you wish. -The Skeksis are the Galra. (The Mystics AREN'T the Alteans though.) Image the Skeksis as more Galra-like or more Skeksis-like, do what fits your imagination. DISCLAIMER: I do not own any of the Dark Crystal (nor do I own Voltron), which includes the cover art and many aspects of the story, nor do I own any characters used in this story. A story picked and form from the original characters of Voltron. I don't own them, DreamWorks owns these characters. The story is about the under sea creatures which are divided into 6 groups. But the Galra had taken control of two of the groups. They are still hungry for more but they are held back by a large group of rebels. Many times two fins from the Rebel and the Royal group come to together with a large surprise. Mermaid au.

After finding the Yellow Lion, Lance and Hunk were ready to get the heck out of there. The Galra had zeroed in on the Yellow Lion, hoping to claim it for their own. Unfortunately for them, Hunk got to it first. Now that the five earthlings had the three of the five lions, they just had to grab the Red Lion and then they could access the Black Loin which was back at the Castle of Lions. As they took off, Hunk saw a teenage kid (who looked like he was out cold) lying on the warm stone floor, with several cannons and blasters locked onto him! "PIOLTS!!! IF YOU DON'T LAND THE LIONS NOW, THE BOY DIES!" A sentry threatened, it's voice echoing off of the stone canyon. Lance was yelling at Hunk to get moving otherwise they'd miss the Wormhole. Despite wanting to follow Lance, the Yellow Lion had other plans. It swooped down and opened it's jaws, scooping the boy up in the process. Even though the right deed was done, this kid might have a massive impact on what is to come for our Paladins! Who exactly is this kid? Why was he even near the Galra? Is there a more to the Red and Blue Paladins than they're letting on? And more importantly, how will this effect Voltron?! Everything we know about them will be thrown off-course as we watch a new path be formed for Voltron. To find the answers you seek, you're going to have to read the book and watch what happens.
