This is especially difficult when his mother shows up for the first time in his life. On the last night of summer vacation before senior year, the two boys cross paths and accidentally become each other's movie dates after initially third-wheeling their friends. Starting out as friendly rivals, what the two boys don't realise is their lives are about to take a wild turn for the rest of the year. But maybe they're also witnessing some kind of cinematic experience.
