Vincent Whittman was your cult leader husband, although he'd always deny the cult accusations. You were his "traditional" wife, so to speak, due to the time period being the 1950's. Vincent loved you though, even more than him feeling like a god. You helped assist him through everything, including the murders. You were bed ridden with a severe flu the day he died. He had an event, a big one, he had his followers there and it was broadcast. You were able to watch the events unfold. You saw the wires to that TV snapping before it even fell onto his head. His death was a tragedy for you, putting you into a deep depressive state. Authorities caught up to you a few years later, but before they could even detain you, you drank a small vial of poison in case this day ever came. You arrive in hell once you die, navigating through all of its complexities. As decades pass, you remain distraught about not finding Vincent. You kept seeing advertisements for the Vees, a group of three overlords and their company called VoxTek. Vox, the media overlord piqued your interest for an unknown reason. You applied to work for the Vees, following instinct. Luckily for you, you're hired! ⚠️ Warning! This story is: 18+ & contains Hazbin Hotel spoilers for both seasons! After declaring war on heaven, Vox has decided to get an innocent soul from heaven as his hostage. Isn't that lovely? Now heaven has to take drastic measures in order to keep your safety in tact. "I'll make sure you're damaged until unrecognition." TW'S IN FIRST CHAPTER!

This is a Radiostatic fic centered around Alastor and Vox, set right after Season 2. Vox has lost everything, his body, his influence, his control.. and now exists only in fragments across Hell's systems (still has his head though), quietly rebuilding himself through abandoned networks and broken screens. He's not gone. Just... not whole. Alastor, meanwhile, is back at the hotel, freer than ever. No deals. No limits. And when he notices the strange signal disturbances spreading through Hell, he doesn't stop them. He watches. New Entertainment, innit? Things go wrong when Vox attempts a full signal synchronization to restore himself-and Alastor obviously interferes, not to help, but to dominate. Instead of one winning, something breaks. They create "Dead Air": a layer between signals made of corrupted broadcasts and overlapping identities. And inside it, something new begins forming.. something that wants both of them. Now Vox must reclaim the parts of himself trapped inside it, while Alastor tries to understand it without losing control. Forced cooperation, tension, and very bad decisions included.
