His father brings him to their large mansion as his adopted son as he is afraid of society finding out about his past mischiefs. But his family do not accept him openly and always pass judgement upon him. Finding it hard to accept not only a someone with different religious choices, but a new heir to their families' fortune, of which he isn't interested in. But things change when his supposed sister, selfish and crazy, Paula, arrives. Determined to make Shaan hers upon taking a challenge. But Shaan doesn't believe in love. At the same time Putchki's in the picture. Is this drama or what?

Ishqbaaz might have demanded Vrushika's ext but i always wonder what if Ishana's character would have ended on a different note.. where she would remain an inspiration to Om forever even when she ceased to exist in his life.
