This was written for the Blue Belt round for Write to Rank 2023 where I was to write a 1.15-1.2k story blending the action and fantasy genre and this is what I came up with. The story is AU in that there is no indicator Joja knows anything about the jumino in game, but this would also take place prior to the game events as Sebastian isn't living in Stardew Valley where Pelican Town is.

This was written for the green belt round for Write to Rank 2023, where we were supposed to have a mash-up between sci-fi and action and I went with a post-apocalyptic setting where the achievements of the pre-apocalyptic society are being rediscovered. That's pretty much what those not familiar with the two series need to know, beyond the fact Sebastian and Maru are from Stardew and Arlo and Heidi from My Time, so the familial relationship is something created for the blending of these two fandom.
