Carly and her sister, a girl originally from Texas was blinded in an accident a few weeks before the apocalypse began, she adapted quickly physically but mentally she still hated it. She meets Rick and his group of survivors when they arrived at Alexandria. She instantly noticed a boy. He has the same youth in his voice as she did.
