She yearns for him the way the sun longs for the moon. Yet, hidden away in his dark fortress, he no longer knows how to love. "Tell me you don't love me and I'll walk away from you forever" said Emery with tears in her honey eyes. I'll close the most beautiful chapter of my life. The one that made me feel alive because for once I felt something" Alex turned away and with one tear falling down his eye whispered a broken "I don't love you, I never did. I don't know what love is Emery." Standing in his silent manor, she watched love pack its bags and disappear, haunted by the love she never got the chance to show.

Before Sam left for Fall semester Charlie told her about his letters. He also gave Sam his pen pal address if she wanted to talk to someone that didn't knew her personally. So now she writes letters to Charlie and his friend.
