Dick was 20 when he was kidnapped. No one knew where he went. What happened. He was just... missing. He is 22 when he comes back different. The Court of Owls also seem to have been killed. No surviving members as far as anyone can tell. Not that that's related to anything. Or Dick was taken and made into a Talon by the Court of Owls. He doesn't tell anyone what happened.
