After the events that followed The Super Mario Galaxy Movie, a new challenge awaits Mario and his friends. While he gets his first shot to date the Princess Peach, the princess of the Mushroom Kingdom, Rosalina is feeling an imminent danger. The evil forces are coming and are stronger than ever. With everyone worried about the danger that both Peach and Rosalina will have to face, Mario, Luigi, Yoshi, and Toad will give their all to help them defeat these evil forces once and for all. Mario wins another victory in a kart race. A temporary truce between the mushroom kingdom, the Koopa troopa, and the Wario Brothers takes place for a celebration. However, what happens when two dark threats emerge from the shadows to corrupt the peace? The stakes are high, and the Mario team are going to need help. They need the Rabbids.

Daisy has a nightmare in which to her horror, she was not the center of Waluigi's attention, but rather the princess of the cosmos, Rosalina. Waking with a start, she races off to confront her own doubts and see what the purple villain truly thinks about her.

Daisy and Waluigi are in an established relationship, winning once again in tennis doubles as champions. But when an interviewer asks an audacious question regarding their status, it evokes a reaction far more than what is anticipated.

Bowser, Wario, and Waluigi are having another guys night at Bowswr's personal bar. But this time, the two thieving tricksters have disclosed to the Koopa King about finally reaching "third base" with their respective girlfriends. Just what will they teach the King of the Koopas for him to reach the golden tier with Peach?

It's just another afternoon with Daisy and Waluigi playing some friendly tennis, then opting to go to his place for refreshments. Upon arrival, a stranger insults Daisy, bringing up a deep insecurity about her, to which Waluigi refuses to tolerate.

Daisy has been meaning to tell Waluigi how she feels about him, and finds the opportunity. How will Waluigi feel about being accepted by Daisy? What will this mean for them and their relationship, as well as its future?

Tatanga is back, and is out for revenge. He intends to finish what he started, but learned from his mistake: he will take two princesses for the price of one goal - to wreak havoc and get back at the Mario Brothers. He just didn't count on the fact that two major villains would get involved.

Waluigi has another nightmare, but this time wedding bells were ringing - and it wasn't for him, but for Luigi and his precious princess - Daisy. Feeling conflicted and afraid of total isolation, he goes to seek his precious light, the beautiful Sun Princess herself, and confronts his inner demons once and for all.

Wario, Waluigi, and Bowser have a guy's night at the local bar, spilling out their mutual dislike for the Mario Brothers, but also their biggest crushes - including Wario.

Waluigi and Daisy get into a heated argument about Waluigi's insecurities and comparing himself to Luigi. His pride hurts Daisy as a result - can he make it up to her?

Waluigi is dragged to the beach by Wario for a blooper surf race against the Mario Brothers. But upon learning that a familiar orange, sun princess is also at the beach getting a tan, the purple-clad villain changes tactics, opting for an opportunity to join Daisy for an interesting tanning session.

Everything is on the title, also, this story won't follow the same storyline than the movie so bonds between character won't be the one you expect
