Mello never had that many friends while he grew up at Wammy's House, however he had just one. One friend that was willing to put up with all of Mello's issues. But when Mello begins to develop feelings for his friend, what could possibly happen between them?

Michiko was an orphaned girl, taken and placed in Wammy's House, where she met L. Immediately she had a strong relationship with him, and the both of them became best friends. He was the only one she could talk to, until he left. He hasn't contacted her ever since. When Kira popped up, Michiko was immediately intrigued. Will the Kira investigation bring L and Michiko back together again?

"Boys, in a few minutes, your father is going to arrive, and he will be taking you to work with him abroad." Rodger said. Mello slammed his hands on Rodger's desk. "Are you crazy?! We're the top candidates to succeed L! We can't just go off with someone who's never given a fuck about us!" "Mello, I can assure you that is not the case."

How will she change the story? Is she Pro-Kira or Anti-Kira? Does she become L's successor? Does she catch Kira by herself? Is she a part of the Mafia, SPK, or Japanese Task Force?
