Esmè has never had the perfect childhood. She's always been left alone while her mum is working away. Due to this, Esmè spends a lot of time with her best friend. One night, Esmè makes a mistake and ends up pregnant. She struggles with being a teen mum. She feels more alone than ever. With Esmè going off the rails, can someone pull her back from the path of self-destruction?

No, These are not poems. So flimsy a thing as can be called a few words on a page. These are thoughts. Paper thoughts, broken and scattered and gone like the wind. Iron anvil thoughts, never leaving though it is all I can ever ask of them. Invisible thoughts, hidden behind a wall put up not only for protection from the outside, but to protect the outside from the chaos within. I have my family but I never felt that I am part of it. I felt that I don't belong and they never even bothered to ask me what I feel. They never care for me, they never love me, also. I was so lost until I became a person who was not me and when I was with someone I never show them my real feelings, but when the time comes and I'm already alone, there's nothing I would do but to cry and ask myself why am I feeling this? Why am I suffering like this, alone. It's never been easy for me, but suddenly I met a man who will let me feel the love I was longing for, the care that I was looking for and I felt it from him and he lightens my world and he helps mo to get up and to be a better version of me.

What do we get in pretending? What good thing could pretending will gave us? This world for me is full of MANY PRETENDING PEOPLE, for they don't know how to become true for themselves. But PRETENDING IS THE ONLY ONE THING I'M VERY CAPABLE OF DOING.
