Our story focuses on Vein, a resident of the lower hive with both his parents recently dead after a Necron attack, only being saved by a Salamander that he ran into named Talos. Now Vein sticks next to Talos as much as he can, even as much as sneaking out of the safe zone just to go with Talos. But soon after a near-death experience, he is brought to a ship and learns his true destiny. (This is my try at a Warhammer story)
