It is the 41st Millennium. For more than a hundred centuries The Emperor has sat immobile on the Golden Throne of Earth. He is the Master of Mankind by the will of the gods, and master of a million worlds by the might of his inexhaustible armies. He is a rotting carcass writhing invisibly with power from the Dark Age of Technology. He is the Carrion Lord of the Imperium for whom a thousand souls are sacrificed every day, so that he may never truly die. Yet even in his deathless state, the Emperor continues his eternal vigilance. Mighty battlefleets cross the daemon-infested miasma of the Warp, the only route between distant stars, their way lit by the Astronomican, the psychic manifestation of the Emperor's will. Vast armies give battle in his name on uncounted worlds. Greatest amongst his soldiers are the Adeptus Astartes, the Space Marines, bio-engineered super-warriors. In the future there is only war. In this Warhammer story we follow Mi, a Tau soldier who borders the line on what the true motives of the Tau Empire are, and if it's really for the greater good.

A story originally and currently inspired by the World War One movie "The Lost Battalion", taking place on the now-ruined world of Ordeus, in the 41st Millenium and the Warhammer 40,000 Universe. This tale follows the lives of those who partook in the war for Ordeus, and what happens after, mainly one (Y/N) (L/N) of the infamous Ordian Marines. In a war for his homeworld and its system, he shall meet friends, enemies, and lose much. For war takes everything, in time, and in the dark future of the 41st millenium, war is never in short supply. But little does anyone know, that Ordeus will play a massive part in the sector's history. He shall encounter loyalist forces of the Imperium, his own comrades, xenos, and even the cruel followers of Chaos. What would happen if there was a third god present on Remnant besides the two brothers? What would happen when the servants of this "Machine God" would separate themselves from the rest of humanity as conglomeration of independent forges? The basics of how the fusion works is lightly explained withing the first chapter and will be filled out throughout the story, because I believe it is better to show and not tell (but if you got questions I will answer them). Expect violence, curse words, and in the future gore worthy of WH30k.
