A tiny speck could vaporize 10 million people in an instant. However, Crow did not care about that at the time; successfully executing the plan would give him a 1 billion credit check in the mail. After his win in the Nationals, Ray has been deemed worthy of prestige and was sent off to a university FOR the prestige. Even though he met either old or new friends, his university has too much 'school spirit'. It was too much, that even the staff could not handle it. It's up to Ray to bring peace to his new home, through words, or force. (This... Is sorta like a crossover of Girls und Panzer, and Bully: Scholarship. By that, I mean, there're some characters IN bully, that I brought into here. I tried my best to copy their attitudes, but a little development wouldn't hurt anyone. I may also add more characters I thought of, as well as late tribute characters. Oh yeah, since I...didn't at all, watch or read Girls und Panzer, you may cringe at the out-of-character parts of the originals. I apologise.
