But due to her stutter, plus with the passing of her clanmate, Lakewish, the clan still holds their deep superstitious doubts and lack of impatience, and the treatment doesn't ease up one bit even when she comes back from her tiresome and traumatic journey. With Greyfalcon's kit struggling with an undeveloped leg, her mentor having heated up relationship problems with her siblings, Morningpaw's anger and hatred against her for her father being murdered, and the clans becoming more divided and more afraid for their own selves, Snufflepaw will have to be put to test after test and use her own skills to figure out the wolves weaknesses and inform the clans on how to defeat them. Every cat is breaking apart, and Snufflepaw still receives negativity from her clanmates and the other clans for the way she talks. She has to make them listen to her. But how will she get cats to listen to her when they already don't? Will Snufflepaw eventually open the ears of her clanmates, or will their ignorance and lack of respect for her be their doom?
