Maenads were supposed to be a myth, wild devil women that were driven by their madness to hunt and kill anyone stupid enough to trespass in Cithaeron Wilds. But Xenik wasn't so sure about that now that he'd met one. Though she hadn't matched up to the terrifying stories about them. She should've killed him. It would've been easy, he'd been exhausted and near the brink of death already when she found him. But that was why he believed her intentions to be more devious than those of legend. KANON is a fantasy adventure about a dangerous Maze with a secret treasure at it's heart, and a hero, Kanon, whose birth will herald either great danger or great glory. In a very different alternative earth, Men and certain women have raged on for years in serious war. These women, preferring to be called "womyn", are your average ordinary feminists with a twist. They have companies, jobs, a very basic society. Enter Artemis, she has just been upgraded to the warrior class, due to many problems (mostly anger issues) she has been removed from her home and placed into a completely new company to be watched, while she learns to control herself. Just as she gets the hang of it, Artemis learns that the war isn't so simple as it seems, and there are more players in this game than originally thought. The war has begun, and officially, it's time for Artemis to take part.

this is a work in progress about corrupt governments, secrets, dragons and friendship (cheesy i know). it will have sword fights, knights, dragons and it has high tech and science fictionesque buildings I really want feedback from these chapters as i really want to write a real book thats compelling and interesting.

Rinda, The Healer Queen of Raldia, travels north to the frozen Sani Isles to visit her dragon friend Bashiir. There, she meets the king of the Sanilan people and learns of a prophecy she is, much to her dismay, deeply involved in. As the prophecy's Savior of Dragons, she must find a way to quickly defeat the invading Khralyans who have poached Sani Isle's animals to near extinction and are now bent on taking the dragons as well. And in the meantime, she still has to figure out how to be with her betrothed... **Author's note: This story is basically raw - it has not been seriously edited, only the once over before I posted it. It has not been polished up. Please help me out by letting me know if you see any technical errors, if something doesn't flow quite right, or if you find inconsistencies like if a character has blond hair in chapter 3 and black hair in chapter 8.
