But Xenik wasn't so sure about that now that he'd met one. Though she hadn't matched up to the terrifying stories about them. She should've killed him. It would've been easy, he'd been exhausted and near the brink of death already when she found him. But that was why he believed her intentions to be more devious than those of legend. She'd saved him and returned him safely to civilization. Now she haunted him. Driving him to madness. She should've killed him. Why hadn't she killed him? He wished she would've just killed him.

Rinda, The Healer Queen of Raldia, travels north to the frozen Sani Isles to visit her dragon friend Bashiir.
