Topeka was the last of the Cleveland class to be built before Sakura Empire, and Iron Blood created the faction of Crimson Red Axis, and started a world war against Azur Lane. Topeka was also the final warship Eagle Union infused with a wisdom cube before the outbreak of war. Lastly, being the last, and coincidently the first male warship ever azured! Topeka would join his older sisters, Columbia, Denver, Montpelier, and of course Cleveland, the only other Cleveland class warships to be azured at the time of wars outbreak! Only 4 months out of commissioning, Topeka is what some call, a cadet, a under experienced sailor. In this story Topeka will have to learn how to fight, and take after his sisters in strength or he will surely die before the wars end! Along with this, Topeka will wind up finding himself in love with a warship, a love that will slowly develop. I do not own Azur Lane! Support the anime, and Games!!!!
