Born and orphaned at 3, Marguerite of Bourbon was a child when she became Duchess of Bourbon after her father fell in battle. Her regents ruled Bourbon in her name. They kept the promise that her father made on his deathbed that Bourbon mustn't join France as King Louis XI is keen on getting his hands on Bourbon. But King Edward IV was keen on allying England with Bourbon. He proposed a marriage between his second son, Richard of Shrewsbury and Marguerite. The Duchess arrived in England. But the France isn't that keen on letting Bourbon ally with the English (given bad blood between England and France). She got the first taste on deadly world of politics and tension. She had to navigate through the courtly life and fight tooth and nail for herself and her people.

~ 𝔗𝔥𝔬𝔰𝔢 𝔴𝔥𝔬'𝔳𝔢 𝔟𝔢𝔢𝔫 𝔪𝔞𝔡𝔢, 𝔠𝔞𝔫 𝔟𝔢 𝔲𝔫𝔪𝔞𝔡𝔢 ~ The year of our Lord 1467, and across the water France is a mere onlooker as England tears itself apart in the bloody cousins war until the Yorkist King Edward seeks allies, resulting in a treaty that aims for peace and promises to end the costly war waged by England against France for over a century. Hatred between the two countries runs deeper than the channel rarely separating them from each others throats but nevertheless the cunning King Louis accepts the pact sealed by the marriage of his eldest daughter, Princess Geneviève of France, to King Edward's youngest brother - Prince Richard, Duke of Gloucester. Haughty, vain, almost fanatical in her piety and trained to bear a crown, Geneviève has no love for her English neighbours and favours other candidates for her illustrious hand but nevertheless is thrust into the heart of the Wars of the Roses with few allies and a husband she quickly resents. Trapped in the land of the enemy where knives are readily drawn in the marriage bed, Geneviève must learn to survive using her beauty, wit and political guile to master the game of smoke and mirrors the English and French so love to play. Bound to the tumultuous heart of fifteenth century England, can Geneviève endure against the ever changing tide of the cousin's war and campaigns waged between wilful women with words no less sharp than their men's swords? How far is she willing to go for the power she craves, the position she believes God desires for her? And when rebellion rears its head against her new kin, which way will her loyalties lie and how long will they endure?

A fictional story based on the true events of the Wars of the Roses, through the eyes of the three sons of York, Edward, George and Richard, from 1471 to 1478. The story begins at the Battle of Tewkesbury in 1471. The title of the story comes from the atmospheric event (nicknamed a Sun Dog but formally called a Parhelion) where there appears to be three suns in the sky.

Note- despite a French title, this story is in English! Title translation: 'All the Stars in the Sky' Updates every Wednesday. What if Margaret Beaufort never married Edmund Tudor? What if, in 1458, instead of marrying Henry Stafford, she married the heir to the house of York?... Margaret Beaufort is one year younger than the golden boy of York, Edward Plantagenet, Earl of March. For her, their hatred was set in stone long before their marriage, and desires nothing more than to live her life in a nunnery and serve only God. However, when Edward proves to be more amicable and accommodating than Margaret first thought, is there the possibility that they can love, despite being natural enemies? Rated PG-13 by American standards, or 12 by British

"Accursed! Accursed! You shall be accursed even unto the thirteenth generation of your blood!" The White Rose - Edward the Handsome- is as cold and silent, as handsome and unblinking as a statue. He governs his realm with an iron hand, but he cannot rule his own family: his sons are weak and their wives adulterous; while his red-haired daughter Elizabeth is unhappily married to an Emperor who prefers the company of men. A web of scandal, murder and intrigue is weaving itself around the White Rose; but his downfall will come from an unexpected quarter. Bent on the persecution of the rich and powerful Carthusian Brothers of the Sword, Edward sentences Grand Prior James Green to be burned at the stake, thus drawing down upon himself a curse that will destroy his entire bloodline...

"Grief is the price we pay for love." Magdalena of Valois-Burgundy was young, beautiful, and a noblewoman. But only intelligence and a sharp wit could save her in the court of greedy vipers. 1458 was the year Henry VI tried to bring peace to the warring English Lords with the Loveday Event. All of Europe had been watching the English squabble for more than a decade, including Philip the Good, Duke of Burgundy. All of Europe is then flabbergasted when Philip the Good agrees to give his granddaughter, Magdalena of Valois-Burgundy, to the Prince of Wales, Edward of Lancaster. Every court in Christendom is convinced that the Duke has gone as mad as King Henry. Young Magdalena herself is desperate to stay in the comfort of her homeland after years in the French Court. However, her grandfather's decision is final and she is thrust into a court of vipers. Her life has been turned upside-down. Now she must learn to survive in a court where she has too many enemies and too little friends, where every rose has innumerable thorns, where there are too many who wish to see her fallen. Will she survive? Will she be another puppet, another vessel of wasted potential, another rose shunned because a brighter flower was spotted? Read to find out! I do NOT own the white queen
