Luna the Witch was once a popular old cartoon, until her creator died and everything changed. As the years went by she then later met Oswald the Lucky Rabbit. He took her to his home, Wasteland, it was her new home. So she decided to go out to find other toons that have also been forgotten and bring them to her home so they didn't have to be alone. Her first stop was the Joey Drew studio, home of the The Ink Demon.
