Child Report: Full Name: Mizu Crystal Kasai Gender: F Birthday: September 30th Description: 5'5 medium built female with red hair and two different colored eyes. Left eye is a pale blue while her right eye is a more darker blue. Quirk: Faire and Water Overview: A single child from parents Mika Sato and Hinata Kasai. Neighbors say the couple embodied their water and fire quirks well as their love story was said to of be, "your average opposites attract trope." Mizu was originally said to of been born with her fathers fire quirk, however she had gained a water ability over time. Scientist and doctors haven't found an explanation for this, even through various test. Her story gets more mysterious after her mother died when Mizu was at the age of 6. Mizu, despite her trauma, she has shown promising signs of becoming a very skilled individual and even a hero of her own. We await her scores for UA High School, said to be the best school for upcoming heroes. She has also been seen with promising students Bebe Akuma and Shouto Todoroki since early childhood.
