For 3,000 years, there hasn't been a Water Dragon born. Until now. Given the name Evita, the first Water Dragon in 3,000 years was locked away for the Elders to study her. The few rules the Elders told her to obey included one thing: Never touch the water. That rule was there because, though legends said Water Dragons could, none of the other dragons knew how to swim because the Water Dragons couldn't teach them. Many Dragons had tried to learn to swim themselves, but it always ended with them drowning before someone could rescue them. With this new Water Dragon, however, came a new hope.
