This follows the story of a water dragon named Nigel. After a tragic war broke out with humans and dragons in 1942, and with the queen of dragons gone, Nigel is currently suffering from a terrible disease called "The Devil's Sickness". If that's not a bigger problem, the master of Hell below, Nigel.exe, has planned his dominace to collect all the souls of the world and in other universes so he could let all demons and devils roam free everywhere. At this very moment, our hero has one chance to stop Nigel.exe from completing his plan, and to save all the living organisms from our universe and all of the other universes.

For 3,000 years, there hasn't been a Water Dragon born. Until now. Given the name Evita, the first Water Dragon in 3,000 years was locked away for the Elders to study her. The few rules the Elders told her to obey included one thing: Never touch the water. That rule was there because, though legends said Water Dragons could, none of the other dragons knew how to swim because the Water Dragons couldn't teach them. Many Dragons had tried to learn to swim themselves, but it always ended with them drowning before someone could rescue them. With this new Water Dragon, however, came a new hope. Food was running dangerously low, but the seas were still abundant in fish. Since no Dragon could swim, they couldn't fish in The Deep Waters to get to the fish. That's where Evita comes in. She was being researched so the Elders could figure out what makes Water Dragons able to swim. The one thing that will stand in their way is a little thing called...
