Newly single female, Maggie leaves her engagement looking for more. She felt stuck in her hometown and takes a job in a big city, Philadelphia, to spice things up and take a hold of her life. Her job starts out horribly, and everything is telling her to move back but she met a new man at her gym, James and sparks fly. He shows her how to survive living in the city and gives her a new lease on life. Former playboy James is still reeling from the recent overdose of his best friend, Rex. He throws himself into the gym to distract himself from his depression and even starts going to church. One day he goes to the gym and almost trips over an awkward girl that is laying on the ground in a puddle of her own sweat, Maggie. James is not looking for a relationship but upon leaving the gym he realizes that she has a flat tire and offers to help her. Sparks fly over water ice. Is Maggie ready to jump into another relationship? Should she just move back to her hometown? She's nothing like what he usually would go for, can James put aside his aversion to relationships and let her in?
