Leigh Baxter, is Rachel's neice. She is the new student teacher at Waterloo road. Leigh use to be a pupil and has returned to start her teaching degree. Leigh is also in a relationship with tom clarkson. They decided to keep their relationship secret due to the fact a few months back she was his student and that Leigh wants to prove herself.
