Basically it's just a short story where David finally decides to confess his true feelings for Roger, yet Roger is not sure how to take the news.

What starts off as a sweet, hazy morning takes a divergent path when Roger has to leave for a rendezvous with a certain Ron Geesin. But what he doesn't know are the true, pure intentions behind David's reluctance to let him go. Notes: I know Ron worked with solely Roger for the soundtrack of The Body, with ONE song uncredited to all the Floyd members, but for the sake of the story, let's just say it was a full collaboration between Ron and Pink Floyd. But really, this isn't the central point of this story. This one is really just a slice of life, a glimpse into one of many, many of Roger and David's mornings. Nothing more, nothing less. But I do hope you enjoy it :)

David Gilmour has had it with Roger Waters' silence, so one night in the picturesque elegance of France, he decides to bring the issue to the surface. Only, his plan goes terribly astray. Been so long since I've uploaded a new literary antic here, so my apologies! This one is different and the improvement in my writing, I like to think, is clear as day. Just a few oneshots. Random ideas that I wanna write lmao.

Roger is on his way home from a lovely Christmas dinner with his family, and it's during a long hour alongside dark meadows that he spots a certain hitchhiker on the edge of the road. With the purest intentions, he decides to stake everything on one card and pick them up. I know it's not December, I know, but I wrote this a while back and while rereading some docs, thought it was decent enough to upload, so here we are!
