Roxanne Terra is excited for water polo. She had already missed out on three weeks of swim team because of summer vacation, three weeks which she could've spent with her friends. What she doesn't expect is to get kicked in the head, driven to the hospital, and pulled off of the team, all on her first day there. Roxy trains with her best friends in hopes of playing at the final game, but will she be able to?

Now, the girls' water polo team and the guys' water polo team have always had a bit of a rivalry. So when Kat gets detention and has to spend 2 hours with 3 people from the guys' water polo team, she thinks it's going to be torture. What she doesn't expect is to find out that they aren't half-bad... But what will her teammates say to this? And especially Coach Myra, who hates the coach of guys' team, Coach Edward?
