"The Keepers are here for you. Run!" Those were the last words Rae heard from her sister. That was when the nightmare began. Rae lives in a world that is broken, she just doesn't know it. That is, until she is driven from her home and forced to run for her life without knowing why. Alone and with seemingly impossible things happening around her, Rae's recurring dreams of a place she has never been and a man she has never met are her only clues to finding the answers. Answers which she hopes will protect her. Who are the Keepers and why are they hunting her? Tidal Wave is book 1 of the Rae Waters series.

I've updated this old poems of mine, because I wrote them when I was in middle school and I no longer think the reflect who I am. So enjoy, vote, and comment. I'm still working on them or stay tuned.

The human race has been under the enslavement of trolls for sweeps now, and you're unfortunate enough to find yourself caught in the middle of it. You've lost hope of ever gaining your freedom back, and it seems that the only friends you'll ever have are the other slaves that come and go throughout the days. And although your mind is trained to follow the duties of your everyday life now, your eyes seem to be trained elsewhere when it comes to your latest owner. Even though it's tempting, it's best not to tread on Dangerous Waters.

As young Emily starts her life over, she is constantly living in paranoia of her stalker ex and his threats. Emily goes through her junior year facing her problems, but she's not alone. Her beautiful features attract the attention of handsome senior Augustus Waters.

Fay Keeper has a secret that she doesn't even know about. She is just now re-entering high school because she spent the last few years in a mental ward. Fay just wants to be a normal teenage girl but how can you be a normal teenage girl when you can feel other people's emotions. Not only that but both her father and younger brother were killed at sea. When she lost her father, she lost a piece of her sanity. What will she do when she is told that the key to understanding everything is under the very waters that took her family? ############ He shifted further away from me, I watch as a twinge of sorrow began to grow. I didn't think that it would hurt him that much, I thought. "Stop that," Zak yelled, his voice rough and wild. He has lost composer. I cocked my head to the side to mock confusion. It was so easy to fake emotions but if I wasn't careful then all the emotions I'd locked away to hid my powers could easily get out. "Stop what?" Zak's icy eyes started to look dimer to me, almost like that they were turning grey. Everything was returning to normal, a dim world without vibrate emotions is what I needed. I can't live in the world that he wanted me to. He narrowed his eyes, "That, stop looking at me like you see right through me. Stop trying to hide behind a mask. What are you hiding from?" That was all it took to crack my hard work. It took me months to force my emotions to be locked away in a little box. I even made sure to throw away the key. But he didn't care he would just break the lock. As I stared at him, it was almost like a crack had formed over his one of his eyes. Through the crack I could see parts of his icy blue eyes, it was like they were on fire. I need to fix this crack in my lens, I was happy in my cold version of the world. "What are you talking about?"
