Benders have the ability to control and manipulate the element from their nation. Only the Avatar is the master of all four elements. The ruthless Fire Nation wants to conquer the world but the only bender who has enough power, the Avatar, has disappeared ... until now. A tribe soon discovers that Aang is the long-lost Avatar. Now Lü Bu the son of the Fire Nation's greatest war general and Northern Royalty alongside his friends Katara and Sokka must safeguard Aang on his journey to master all four elements and save the world from the Fire Nation.

During a break from college, Izumi plans to visit all the Avatar temples across Japan, only for it to go disastrous. Stuck in an unfamiliar world, surrounded by unfamiliar people. She must adapt to understand why she had been brought here, and just what lesson she might learn.

This isn't a whump fic and I will not use gory descriptions. I just won't dodge around injuring people. I will explore the ramifications of war more than the show did, which will give the story a darker tone. No characters will struggle with issues of self-harm or suicide.
