"NOT A STANDALONE"
He broke her to protect her. She walked away to save herself.
Roshini thought she had endured it all-the betrayal, the silence, the forced marriage. But nothing prepared her for Ishaan's confession before the OT monitor flatlined.
Now, he's back... with pain in his eyes and "sorry" on his lips. But Roshini isn't the same girl who begged for answers. She's changed-colder, stronger, scarred.
But fate isn't done with them yet.
A shadow from the past is ready to strike again. The anonymous threat wasn't just a warning-it was personal.
And when truth finally knocks... it doesn't come alone. It comes with choices, consequences, and a love that refuses to die quietly.
Will Roshini forgive the man who shattered her heart?
Or will fate write a new ending this time?
---
Ishaan (weakly): "Every second without you felt like a punishment I deserved."
Roshini (with tears but no softness): "And yet you thought I didn't deserve the truth?"
She stood at the door, not stepping in.
"You saved my life, Ishaan... and destroyed every reason I had to live it with you."
---
The phone buzzed again.
Unknown Number: "You didn't listen then. Maybe this time, she'll bleed for real."
Roshini's fingers trembled as she held the phone.
"This... this wasn't over?"
Ishaan's face turned pale.
"It never was," he whispered. "And the person behind it... is someone we both trusted."
---
Roshini walked past him, but he caught her wrist.
"Roshini... please," he whispered, his voice breaking.
She turned, eyes stormy.
"You asked me to trust you while you shattered me in silence. Don't ask for anything else, Ishaan. Not when I've already buried the version of me that loved you blindly."
And yet, neither moved.
Because the space between them still throbbed with unspoken love.
