Reload is the story about Elizabeth Cole a 21 year old college student who has been named Valedictorian of her class at Rice University. Elizabeth is a girl with a big heart she loves to help others, even though life has been hard on her and her family she has learned to live life responsibly by her own. The day she lost her father, when she was just 16 years old, would be the beginning of the end between Elizabeth and her mother's (Melanie) relationship. Toxic companies, drug abuse and more start to drown her mother, making Elizabeth decided between staying and watch her destroy herself or walk away. Now Elizabeth is scared of love, she is afraid of loving someone as hard as her mother loved her dad. Is this what loves makes to people? Something that she promised herself when she left home is that she would never be like Melanie. Life will surprise Elizabeth, when she meets Jonathan the man who will turn her world upside down, proving that not everything is black and white. Jonathan will make Elizabeth question her life choices and more. Will she trust him? Will Elizabeth believe in love again? Will Melanie and Elizabeth recover their relationship?

'I gave a sigh of relief, before the breath caught in my throat as I heard a branch snap. I turned around, with my sword hovering in front of the boy's neck in an instant. He seemed surprised and his dull brown eyes widened for a split-second on his muddy face. Then he had a mischievous grin on his face. "You could kill me right now you know, Hana" He put an annoying emphasis on my name. Who the hell did he think he was? Or maybe who the hell was he? I tried to remember where I had seen this familiar face before, as he carried on talking. "Why don't you?" He taunted. I gulped nervously. "Because I'm not a traitor." I hoped my lie was adequate as I saw him think it over. He took a step backward. "Of course." He stepped around my shaking sword and looked me in the eyes. It was then that I noticed my sword had singed the tip of one of the strands of his shoulder-length, wavy mud-brown hair. "If you're not a traitor, why aren't you down there with everyone else?" I cast my mind around nervously for an answer. "Because...I'm not a people person." ' In a world much like our own, Hana and much of her village is taken. Why? They don't know. Where? Don't know either. All they know is that they are in a place much more advanced than their tiny river village. In a place where walls change and minds can be altered within minutes. But why?

I froze his head this time. He falls unconcious but the Nightmares and Pitch don't stop fighting. On her way to a party, Elsa meets Jack. He tells her they need her help. They are the Guardians, and they need her help because Pitch is back. But that is not the only problem. Also Hans returns, wanting revenge on the royal sisters. And that's not even everything yet...
