This a story about a couple. An unusual couple. In India. Their story of finding love and accepting it and facing all odds to get married in an orthodox society.

Leah Aby runs. It's all she's ever known. Peter Allen is the boy who has his eye on two prizes. Leah, and 1st Place. Leah doesn't want any romance in her life, but made an exception for Peter. One bad relationship sent her over the edge. Peter is determined to change that. Peter has a pure heart. Can Peter bring her back? He takes Leah to dinner in the big city and a 5k that Leah suggested that's four hours away. Is this trip a mistake or a blessing? Peter's conscious absence will force Leah to be more self-reliant and confident in herself. But never leaving his side could be a downfall for them both. Will sudden tragedy put Leah over the edge once again or bring her closer than ever to the one she loves?
