Having depression can be an isolating experience. But we are in this alone together. Sharing things that I think or feel, regardless of who is reading this. It's personal but I don't want to keep these voices trapped in my head anymore. It's not like I really care if anyone judges me. I'm not looking for sympathy or admiration. I just seek understanding. I believe I'm not alone in being the way I'm and I want to represent all those who cry silently, invisible, inspite of being among us. I want you all to relate with me and know that I can see you. You're not alone. Your feelings are not invalid. You exist, just like I do, just like we all do.
