when I can't express, I write.

The Quiet Below is a quiet ache of a poem-an ode to the kind of love that protects without praise, sacrifices without recognition, and stays steady in silence. Told through the metaphor of an anchor and a ship, it explores the selflessness of holding on so another may let go, the grace of devotion that exists without glory, and the ache of being left behind not because you weren't enough-but because you were everything they needed before they could stand alone. A tribute to the unseen, the unspoken, and the unthanked.

A collection of poems written from the mouth of a woman at her breaking point, a voice carved sharp enough to slice through patriarchy itself. These pieces explore the anger, exhaustion, defiance, and cold clarity that rise when women are expected to shrink and men are expected to tower. This isn't just a poem-it's every silent scream, every invisible wound, every chain we wear with grace. For those who never cried out loud. For the ones who kept breathing through the fire. You are not weak. You are the wildfire they failed to silence . "Chains You Can't See" is a journey through invisible battles, unspoken pain, and the quiet fire to break free.

We are continuously challenged emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually. Often times we get tired of it all. We tend to loose our inner resilience. With that, we forget that "its okay not to be okay". Resilience is our ability to thrive in the challenges thrown at us. The ability to adapt and recover comes from living through adverse situations. This resilience is comparable to a tiny sapling which needs nourishment to bloom. Similarly, our minds have the ability to bloom the resilience and strength within us.

Thoughts running in my mind, urging me to write it down.
