Selene NightBlood, a cunning, devious, human hating vampire. Selene and her family live under Parliament rule. But something goes wrong and now she's on the run. The voice in her head does nothing but confuse her. Even worse she thinks she's falling in love with one of those annoying, naïve, wastes of space that fill up Earths population. So what does she do when she realizes that the man who she's fallen in love with could possibly be trying to kill her? ------ "I don't think we've properly met. I'm Zach." He extends his arm to me. I ignore his hand and continue walking, dragging him along. "Wait!" he continues "Shouldn't we go to a hotel or something." his dark brown eyes wink at me. Another gesture that could make anyone melt. But its late and I have to be out of this time by sunrise so I can't bullshit at the moment. "Listen, what happened that day was a once-in-your-lifetime thing. I have no intentions on interacting with you much," I lie "I have things to do and your coming with me, understood?" "Alright. The last thing I want is to be caught with a girl who can't fully dress herself. Though you seem to have done okay today," he laughs. The creep was making fun of what I was wearing that night. My torn skin suit. I'm really kicking myself in the ass for not killing him sooner. "You don't entertain me to say the least." I snarl. "Huh," he frowns "I don't usually get that reaction from females." He matches my walking pace, sliding his arm around my shoulder. "Although I should have suspected a different response from a species like yours. Am I right vampire?"
