Rose is just a small town girl from Texas. She works as a intern journalist for the CNN. However he was not always like this, he use to be a charismatic young man who always wanted everyone to be happy. When Rose comes to see him, he is not at his home. Curiosity gets the best out of Rose and she starts to look around his house. When looking around she comes across a room, she is startled when she finds pictures of dead bodies pinned up on a map with their identification, date of death and the reason of death below it.. She is terrified and questions how a man with short term memory can do this? She runs out of her house but before she does, she comes across a diary..and she takes it. What caused Roger to be like this? What is in the diary? Okay, guys I promise this is not one of those stories when Rose will start developing feelings for Roger. Roger is 35 and Rose is only 18. There will be another main character introduced later in the story when Rose starts to read Roger's diary.
