#6 - Flowing. An ode to nature. {highest ranking: #2 in naturepoetry; #84 in watty2019}

I've always been told that I should write about all of the stuff that I've been through seeing as though I have been through a lot and I have seen a lot. I am near to becoming an adult and after a 4 year writing block, I suddenly decided I should write a story. This is not just any story, but this is my story and true events that has happened to me. It is a collection of short stories and poems of mine that I have written in different stages in my young life some as I was an innocent kid and others after I've become a ward of the state. I hope you stick through this with me but if not, it's ok as long as at least I can say I did something that I was afraid to do at first. If you do decide to stay... Then you will see how life is like through my eyes.

Sometimes words are the only things keeping me sane. Here are my most heartfelt emotions laid down for everyone to read and for the ones who can relate. I hope that you'll find them comforting as I did, when I jotted them down.

A broken boy will no longer reminisce on his past. He will now express his long lasting feelings.
