Michael is a really successful author, but since he published his last book he just doesn't know what to write about anymore. One day, someone suggests he try a new genre to see if it might be a better fit for him. And so Michael starts writing: he becomes completely obsessed with his new book. It all seems innocent until he's working late one night and accidentally ends up in his book. Michael finds all this super cool, because what author wouldn't want to meet his characters? But then he remembers: the genre he has switched to is horror.
