La historia se trata de un Hospital Psiquiátrico o Manicomio. "Waylon Park" quien es el que va al hospital tras haberle llegado una carta pidiendo de su ayuda, Park una vez que llega al Hospital se debe encargar muy bien de "Eddie" un Ex militar que fue totalmente expulsado por varias razones, si te interesa sigue leyendo, espero te guste.

Waylon Park is a med student, new to the world of pee tests and lab work and all that other stuff (only in the classroom though, of course). In order to really get his foot in the medical career field, he has to intern at a hospital. Whether it's cleaning up surgeries or sitting at triage, he has to gain experience. At Murkoff Hospital and Emergency Care, there are plenty of jobs due to severe understaffing. This lovely hospital is always looking for help, and who better to employ than fresh meat? (basically Dr. Gluskin and med student Way) I do not own outlast or any of its characters, just the plot :) Handsome boy as cover because I'm lazy

Variants are the monster here though only a few are kind. Despite this, she manages to change two hearts. Waylon Park was just an IT guy for Murkoff's asylum, fixing things when the doctors themselves couldn't. He finally decided to change his heart after seeing a innocent girl scream for her brother. Eddie Gluskin was searching for the perfect darling, first finding it in innocent Waylon Park. However another person pleaded him to stop hurting him, changing his heart completely.
