Not long after the mysterious altercation between Wonder's friends and Monty's army, a man is elected mayor of The Big City; someone who an acquaintance of Wonder thought he'd never see again. After a strange and tragic backstory is revealed, the gang confronts the mayor, and realize that he may not be as law-abiding as they had once believed. Before they are able to expose him for who he really is, secrets are revealed, and a devastating plot comes to light, led by Monty and Quackity. As the gang attempts to foil these villains' plans, some old friends make a reappearance, including one who Wonder thought she'd never see again. Governments are corrupted, the deceased are reanimated, and even more braincells are lost, along with the life of someone Wonder holds dear, in the third installment of this great series that once again is, according to Bo Burnham, "better than pussy." A long time ago, an employee and his boss shared a kiss... ~ This takes place years before Burns To Smithereens. In the first chapter Mr. Burns implies that he and Smithers had at one point shared a kiss. This was in reference to their kiss in "Lisa the Skeptic", but I figured it was vague enough that I could write a loose prequel chapter based on the implication.

After the Battle of Las Nevadas, Wonder and Techno thought they were safe from all harm, but this was not the case.
