This is a Stranger Things story that will take place in FLORIDA! After the whole Vecna thing, everyone was leaving Hawkins, thanks to it being totally destroyed, so our main characters have also taken their leave. The layout will be explained in the story! This will contain ships! Yippee! Not much probably. I just love all of the character's friendships and I'm excited to write this out. Eddie left Hawkins in 1986 with no reason to ever return. But now, a few years have passed and life has changed. Eddie finally returns home and has to deal with everything he left behind, including Steve Harrington. This story starts in May 1991.

Summary: How Eddie discovers Heavy Metal. A 13-year-old Eddie Munson at the beginning of his stay with his Uncle Wayne. Struggling to fit in with the new locals, he takes solace in one of the things he smuggled from home, his parent's Ouija board. Warnings: references but not the detail of abuse, swearing, ouija board, spirits, bullying references, being the new kid, separation from a loved one. Author notes: This is a complete work of fiction. There are no facts here ☺️ Just in case anyone was wondering, I love music, and I don't believe any of it is satanic. I just thought it would be a fun idea to write about if maybe it was, but then as I was writing, the story took a completely different turn. Hawkins' police cleared Eddie from having any part in the murders of Chrissy, Fred, and patrick and he graduated just as planned. Life seems too good to be true. Shortly after the events of Foolin', Eddie and Kat celebrate their first Christmas together, where Kat gives Eddie the gift of a lifetime.

After the defeat of Vecna, the party is left broken and healing from wounds both physical and mental. Nothing hurts less after a few months of things being 'normal' again, but life goes on, and for some painfully drags.
